5. Electrical insulation performance is good.

Quartz glass has a resistance value equivalent to 10,000 times that of ordinary glass, is an excellent electrical insulation material, even at high temperatures also has good electrical performance.

6. Good vacuum

Gas permeability is low; vacuum can reach 10^-6Pa
