What are the key points for Smart Access Glass Panel?

Different from traditional keys and lock systems, smart access control is a new type of modern security system, which integrates automatic identification technology and security management measures. Offering a more secure and convenient way to your buildings, rooms, or resources.  

While to guarantee the using period of the top glass panel, there are 3 key points for smart access glass panel to pay attention. 

 1. No ink peel off, especially for outdoor usages

We are very good at this scope, cause currently lots of glass panel we produced are used outdoor and Saida Glass have two ways to solve this issue.

 A. By using Seiko Advance GV3 standard silkscreen printing

With the strong support of UV aging test result and related tester, the ink we used have good UV resistant ability and can maintain stable printing effect under intense light for a long time.

For this option, glass can only do chemical strengthened which help the glass stay with good flatness with high performance on thermal and chemical stability.

 B. By using Ceramic silkscreen printing

Unlike standard silkscreen printing, ceramic silkscreen printing are done with thermal tempering at the same. The ink are merged into the glass surface, which can stay as long as the glass itself without peeling off.

For this option, thermal tempered glass is truly safety glass, when broken, the glass breaks into small pieces without sharp chips.

Suitable for glass thickness ≥2mm

 2. Print pinholes

Pinholes are happened due to printing layer thickness and lack of printing experience, at Saida, we obey customer’s request and make it to the best no matter your demand is opaque black or translucent black.

 3. Glass are easily broken

Saida glass can introduce suitable glass thickness accordingly to the IK degree request and glass size. For 21inch 2mm chemical glass, it can withstand 500g steel ball drop from hight 1M without breakage.

If the glass thickness change to 5mm, it can withstand 1040g stell ball drop from hight 1M without breakage.
